I first practiced law in the state of New York from 1980 to 1987 and then in South Florida since 1987. Over the course of my career, I have assisted thousands of people with a wide range of legal issues.

Over the past 20 years, my practice has focused on Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts), Probate, and Probate litigation (such as Will and Trust contests).

Just about all of the services that Mr. Friedman provides are charged on a flat fee basis and not on an hourly basis. Typically, only litigation matters (ie., cases requiring a lawsuit) are charged on an hourly basis.

Mr. Friedman provides every prospective client a free consultation designed to assess the prospective client’s needs, and to provide options and recommendations as well as a firm flat fee price quote for services to be rendered which prospective clients are then free to accept or reject as they wish.
